If you have spent a long time carrying heavy burdens from your past, you already know how exhausting it can be. It chips away at your confidence, creates painful disconnects in your relationships, and can even leave your body feeling physically depleted, anxious, or overwhelmed.

When you are in the thick of it, it is incredibly easy to feel like you are failing. But I want to offer you a different perspective: you are not broken. Your body and your nervous system are simply trying to survive a past that felt unsafe or unstable.

My Approach: Safe, Human, and Grounded

I believe that deep healing cannot happen in a rigid, clinical environment. I bring a calm, steady, and deeply gentle presence to my work with adults and couples. Our sessions won't feel like an interrogation or a cold checklist. Instead, they will feel like a safe, down-to-earth conversation where you can take off the mask, catch your breath, and voice your hardest truths without any fear of judgment.

Together, we will create a quiet space to slow down and figure things out. Whether you are navigating a massive life shift, trying to untangle old family patterns, or looking to repair a painful rift with your partner, we will move at a pace that feels entirely safe for you.

My Clinical Background

While our time together will feel comfortable and conversational, your care is guided by my 11 years of seasoned experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Because difficult life events and relationship stress often live deep inside our physical bodies, traditional talk therapy can sometimes leave people feeling stuck.

To help you get true relief, I integrate specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trauma-informed couples frameworks. This allows us to safely calm your physical anxiety, process old wounds at their root, and help you feel reconnected to who you truly are.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I am not working with clients, you can usually find me out exploring local hiking trails, heading to the beach to reset, losing myself in a great book, or listening to music. Taking that time to unplug helps me show up fully recharged and grounded for the individuals and couples I support.
